Import your whole library: faster bulk imports and no wasted dead links

If you have been saving videos for years, adding them one at a time is never going to happen. Instead, bulk import your saved videos: Quiki takes the data export from TikTok, YouTube or Instagram and turns your whole saved library into something you can search, sorted into folders. We have made big imports faster and fairer: a VIP lane for large imports, dead TikTok links skipped before they use your daily limit, and a quick way to select and delete what you do not want.

Import thousands of saved TikToks and two things happen. The import is spread over several days, because bulk imports run under a daily limit. And a surprising share of old saves have been deleted or made private. In a big import, the share of dead links keeps climbing, and by the later days it can be more than a third.

How to bulk import your saved videos

1. Request your data export. Each platform prepares a file for you:
   • TikTok: Account settings, then Account, then Download your data. Choose TXT and request it. TikTok usually has the file ready within a few hours, sometimes a day.
   • YouTube: use Google Takeout and pick your YouTube playlists. Usually minutes to a few hours.
   • Instagram: Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Download your info. Choose Some of your info and select Saved. Meta can take up to 48 hours.
2. Open Bulk Import. On quiki.io, click Bulk Import on your dashboard and drop in the file (ZIP, TXT, CSV or HTML, depending on the platform).
3. Check the preview. Quiki shows how many videos it found. If the file has dates, pick a date range, and the button tells you exactly how many videos and credits that range will use.
4. Start it and walk away. Videos already in your library, or repeated in your file, are skipped and use no credits. We email you when the import is complete.

Bulk import is part of PRO, which comes with any credit pack. Credits are only used when a video scans successfully.

The daily limit, and the new VIP lane

Bulk imports normally run up to 1,000 scans a day, resetting at midnight UK time. Anything over that waits and carries on automatically, so a 5,000 video import takes about five days.

The VIP lane changes that. Buy a 5,000 or 10,000 credit pack and your bulk import allowance goes up to 5,000 videos a day for 7 days from the purchase, so most imports finish in one go.

• Any way you buy: packs bought on the web, in the App Store or on Google Play all qualify.
• Waiting videos move right away: no need to wait for the next reset.
• Buying again restarts the 7 days: the windows do not stack.
• It buys speed, not scans: every video still uses credits as normal.
• Only packs bought since the VIP lane launched count.
• You can see it: the import card and your account settings show "VIP lane active until" with the date.

The VIP lane only raises the bulk import allowance. Your single-scan limit stays the same.

Dead links no longer use your daily limit

The daily limit counts failed scans as well as finished ones, so every deleted video in your export used to take a slot. Now, from the second day of an import, Quiki asks TikTok whether each link is still there before scanning it. If the video is gone, Quiki skips it, and it uses neither your daily limit nor any credits. The progress card and the completion email tell you how many were skipped.

The first day's batch starts straight away, without the check. A dead link on day one can still count toward that day's limit, but never uses credits, because credits are only charged on success.

Clean up with select and delete

Big imports bring in videos you do not need. On the dashboard, in grid view, click Select, tick the circle on each video, then click Delete, just like the iPhone app. Want a completely fresh start? Clear my library is covered in our autumn updates roundup.

Why we built it

These changes came from watching real customers import thousands of saved videos. Waiting five days for a library you paid to import felt wrong, and so did losing allowance to videos that no longer exist.
