Important notes
- Credits required: Instagram processing requires a Credits plan top-up (10 credits per scan) due to processing costs.
- Web only: Instagram data export is only available through Meta's website, not the mobile app.
- Processing time: Meta may take up to 48 hours to prepare your data depending on account size.
Tips
- Select only "Saved" when customising - those are your bookmarked Instagram posts.
- Try a shorter date range first to test the process before requesting all data.
