How to use Quiki

Save it while you scroll. Find it when you need it.

Get the videos you already saved into one searchable place, send new ones from your phone in a tap, and come back to a library that is only your own finds. Here is the loop, in the order you can actually start it.

    See what Quiki makes of a video in about ten seconds.

    Paste a TikTok or YouTube link. Quiki pulls the title, creator, thumbnail and a quick summary, and files it by category. Not signed in yet? The video comes with you when you do. Instagram Reels use credits, so the box shows you a pre-scanned Reel instead.

    Bring your saved videos across

    Everything you already saved, indexed and searchable.

    Every platform lets you export your saved or liked videos. Drop that file into Quiki and the whole backlog is scanned, filed into folders by category and searchable, including the gems you saved a year ago and forgot about. Bulk import comes with any credit pack.

    Export your TikTok saves

    Account settings - choose Account - Download your data. Choose TXT - Request data - Upload the ZIP file or extract and upload "Favorite Videos.txt".

    Send to Quiki while you scroll

    This is the habit that makes the library grow on its own.

    You see something worth keeping. Tap share, tap Quiki, keep scrolling. The next time you open Quiki it is queued to scan and filed with everything else. It does not matter which app it came from: you know you will be able to find it later.

    Send to Quiki is on iPhone today. Android and a Chrome extension for the desktop are coming. Until then, paste a batch of links into the scan queue and it does the same job.

    On TikTok: tap the share arrow, scroll the sheet across to Quiki, tap Send to Quiki.

    Find it again

    A library only pays off when you read it back.

    Search by title, creator, hashtag or a phrase from the summary, or filter to one platform or folder. Folders fill themselves by category, so a recipe you sent from Instagram sits next to the one you saved from TikTok. When you would rather browse, Swipe Mode with shuffle on is a feed made only of your own videos.
