Send to Quiki

Save videos to Quiki from your phone.

The Quiki iOS app adds a share extension to the standard iOS share sheet. No copying URLs, no switching apps. Find a video you like, tap share, tap Quiki. That is the whole flow.

  3. 3Tap "More" and select Quiki from the share sheet.
  4. 4Quiki receives the URL and queues it for scanning.

What happens after you tap Quiki

Once you share a video to Quiki, the processing happens in the background. You can close the share sheet and carry on. Here is what Quiki does with the URL.

URL captured

As soon as you tap "Send to Quiki", the share extension captures the video URL and queues it. You can close the app immediately.

Metadata fetched

Quiki fetches the title, creator handle, thumbnail, and basic metadata. This is the fast scan, which completes in seconds and costs nothing on the free plan.

Transcript extracted (PRO)

PRO users also get a full VTT transcript with timestamps. This is what powers transcript search: find any video by a phrase you remember hearing.

AI analysis applied (deep scan)

Deep scans add a structured AI summary: content type, key points, and topic tags. Useful for quickly skimming a large library.

Tips for getting more out of the share sheet

Add Quiki to your share sheet favourites

In the iOS share sheet, scroll to the bottom of the app row and tap "Edit Actions". Move Quiki to your Favourites so it is always visible without scrolling.

Share from browser, not just apps

If you open a TikTok or YouTube link in Safari, you can still use the share button to send it to Quiki. The share sheet extension works from any iOS app.

Batch saving from Safari

Use the Quiki web app at quiki.io to paste multiple URLs at once into the scan field. The iOS share sheet is best for one-at-a-time saves on mobile.
