Go to TikTok Web
Open tiktok.com and log in

Access settings
Click your profile picture → View Profile → More → Download your data

Select format
Choose TXT format, then Request Download

Download and upload
Check your email for the code, wait for TikTok to prepare the file, then upload to Bulk Import on your Dashboard.
